When traders fund their trading accounts, they have the option of making deposits in South African Rand (ZAR), which exempts South African traders from currency conversion fees. However, even though traders do not have a minimum deposit required to register an account, to start trading, traders must fund their trading account with enough capital to open positions.

QuickTrade is a well-regulated broker that is authorized and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as a Financial Service Provider (FSP) in South Africa. QuickTrade keeps client funds in segregated accounts with top-tier financial institutions in South Africa, separate from the broker account.

These funds are not used for operational purposes or for QuickTrade to meet its financial obligations. QuickTrade not only guarantees client fund security but also provides a transparent, fair, and safe trading environment for all investors.

 

Deposit fees and deposit methods

 

QuickTrade does not charge any deposit fees according to the official website. When traders fund their trading accounts, they can use any of the following payment methods:

The accepted and supported deposit currencies in traders can use to fund their trading account is only ZAR, which means that international clients may be subject to currency conversion fees when they make deposits in any other currencies other than South African Rand.

In addition, traders must note that QuickTrade does not allow third-party payments. If funds are received from an unknown source, the funds will be returned, and the trader may be subjected to additional processing fees.

Once the account of the trader has been verified and they have received their login details for the Client Portal, traders can log in to deposit a minimum deposit amount of their choosing, given that it is enough to start trading.

Traders can do this by accessing the deposit/withdrawal option on their client portal, selecting their preferred payment method and the deposit currency, and entering the amount that they wish to deposit.

Traders may be subjected to additional verification before the deposit is processed.
