Benchmark Finance Overview

Benchmark Finance is well-regulated and reputable Bulgarian-based STP and NDD broker which has been in operation since 2003. With Benchmark Finance, traders are connected to global markets through the broker’s extensive portfolio of tradable financial instruments.

Traders have access to more than 30,000 instruments that can be traded through the popular and powerful MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

Although headquartered in Bulgaria, Benchmark Finance has offices both in the United Kingdom as well as Spain. Having been in operation for so long, Benchmark Finance has grown from strength, service, and technology and offers traders superior trading solutions and services.

Traders can rest assured that Benchmark Finance only uses the latest innovative technology in addition to operating a No Dealing Desk, or NDD, which ensures that there are no requotes.

In addition, the NDD model also provides maximum transparency as well as accountability where trade executions are concerned.

Quotes are given directly from top liquidity providers, including 10 of the leading banks in the world. Benchmark Finance also uses the server infrastructure of the Equinix Data Centre in New York, which ensures optical networks which span across the globe.

Traders are assured of client fund security as well as Benchmark Finance’s operations being overseen by reputable watchdogs. Benchmark Finance is strictly regulated and authorized by the following entities:

  • The Bundesanstait für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFIN), with license ID 137382.

Client funds are kept with top-tier banks, separate from Benchmark Finance’s own funds, and the broker makes use of SSL to encrypt data before they are sent to the servers.

Benchmark Finance Islamic Account

The purpose of an Islamic Account is that it caters specifically to Muslim traders who strictly follow Sharia law. The law prevents its followers from paying any type of interest, such as overnight fees, which is seen as wasteful or exploitive.

Overnight fees are charged should traders hold positions open for longer after the trading day has concluded and this type of account allows exemption from such fees or interest, should they hold positions open for longer.

Benchmark Finance does not offer Muslim traders the option of converting either the retail or the professional account into an Islamic Account. For this reason, traders must ensure that they close any open trades before the trading day concludes.
